The Process: The shopping cart is fully operational and will calculate your shipping and tax (if you are a Texas resident we MUST collect state sales tax). The voucher area is for promotional codes. Once you enter the code, click the recalculate button and it will update your cart to reflect the discount. When you "go to payments" you will be asked to enter minimal information needed to complete the transaction. You may then select credit card payment and be transferred to a secure server to process your card using PayPal. You do not have to join PayPal as a user. Simply enter your credit card information and your order will be processed. At that point you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and we will receive notification of your order. In stock items are processed the same day. If you have ordered a custom piece of jewelry or need a modification of a current design, your order will go into the queue for production. Please note, non-stock jewelry requires payment prior to production. If your order is large, call to discuss alternate arrangements. A notification will be sent to your when your shipping label is printed. The notice has information for tracking your shipment. If you choose to pay by check or money order, you will be given an order number while in the shopping cart page. Be sure to include this order number on your check and mail it to the address listed on your confirmation. Shipping by USPS priority is a flat rate of $5.00! Delivery confirmation is included. Once you receive notice that your purchase has shipped you can anticipate arrival in two to five working days. If you want it faster, require another method of shipping, or if you require international shipping, charges will be for actual shipping cost and will be determined at the time of the sale. Insurance: Postal insurance is not required. If it enables you to sleep better at night, you may add insurance to your purchase and I will purchase the insurance for you from the postal service. Presentation: Jewelry is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a soft fabric bag. We use USPS priority shipping boxes to insure that your purchases are not damaged during shipment. For more details concerning packaging, see our presentation page. If you would like your purchase gift-wrapped, please send an e-mail request. Product Guarantee: All RenDresser Jewelry will be free from defects in workmanship or will be repaired/replaced at our expense for a period of one year. Jewelry will last many years if cared for properly. We have an information sheet on jewelry care that we will send you if you ask. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, contact me! If you contact me within one week after receiving your purchase, you may choose exchange, store credit or a refund of the purchase price less packaging and shipping. After one week, you may choose an exchange or store credit. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me. Please contact me BEFORE you ship something back. Wholesale Inquires: Please e-mail me your name, business name, business phone and storefront address. I will send you a link to the wholesale site. Volume Buyers: We have some volume buyers who do not have a resale license (but who purchase almost as much as some wholesale customers). We want to reward you!! Your purchases will be discounted by 2% for every hundred dollars spent. The total will accumulate from January 1 to December 31 each year and each order will reflect the cumulative discount.
